Terms of Service

Welcome to Judic Store. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you use our website, place an order, purchase a product, or interact with our services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Who we are

Judic Store is an Ireland-based online business offering personalised and customised products, including embroidered gifts, textile-based items and other personalised products.

If you need to contact us about an order, product, return or any other matter, you can email us at:

Email: info@judic.ie

2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interrupt or misuse the website or its services.

You must not:

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of products may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, fabric texture, thread colour, lighting and handmade or customised production factors.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to update, remove or discontinue products at any time.

4. Personalised and customised products

Many Judic Store products are personalised or customised based on the information you provide at the time of order. This may include names, initials, dates, phrases, images, colour choices or other personalisation details.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are correct before submitting your order. This includes spelling, capitalisation, dates, names, punctuation and any other details.

Once production has started, it may not be possible to change or cancel a personalised order.

We may refuse or cancel personalisation requests that we consider offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, harmful or unsuitable for our brand.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order if:

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at the time of order using one of the payment methods available on our website.

Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

7. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our website or communicated to you. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, personalisation requirements, courier delays, postal delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

For many online purchases in Ireland and the EU, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date they receive the goods. However, there are exceptions, including personalised or made-to-order items. Personalised items are generally not returnable simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

The CCPC explains that online purchases usually have a 14-day cooling-off period, but exceptions include personalised made-to-order items and certain hygiene-related items. Faulty goods rights still apply. [oai_citation:0‡CCPC](https://www.ccpc.ie/consumer-advice/consumer-rights/buying-goods/refunds)

If you wish to cancel a non-personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@judic.ie. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the item before a refund can be processed.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

10. Customer-provided content

If you upload or send images, names, text, designs or other content for use in a personalised product, you confirm that:

You remain responsible for the content you provide. We are not responsible for checking ownership, copyright or permission for customer-provided content.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, product photos, logo, branding, layout, graphics and designs, belongs to Judic Store or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Gift messages and personal messages

Where we allow gift messages or personalised phrases, you are responsible for ensuring that the wording is accurate and suitable. We may refuse to include messages that are offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, explicit or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep our website available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or technical issues.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judic Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

The Terms that apply to your order are the Terms in force at the time you place your order.

17. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ireland, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
