Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Judic Store processes, prepares and delivers orders placed through our website.

We are committed to preparing your order with care and delivering it as safely and efficiently as possible.

1. Where we deliver

Judic Store currently delivers orders within Ireland.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, the applicable delivery options, estimated times and costs will be shown at checkout.

2. Processing time

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is dispatched.

Because many of our products are personalised or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product type, personalisation details, order volume and material availability.

Estimated processing times may be shown on the product page, at checkout or communicated to you after your order is placed.

3. Personalised and made-to-order items

Personalised products usually require additional preparation time. This includes items with names, initials, dates, phrases, images, embroidery details or other custom options.

Please make sure all personalisation details are correct before submitting your order. Delays may occur if we need to contact you to confirm missing or unclear information.

4. Delivery methods

We may use An Post, courier services or other trusted delivery providers to deliver your order.

The available delivery method and delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method, destination, package size, package weight and any applicable order rules or promotions.

The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, seasonal events, postal delays, courier delays, weather disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

We will do our best to prepare and dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.

7. Order confirmation and dispatch

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

When your order has been prepared and dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation email with delivery information, where available.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery method, we will provide tracking details after dispatch.

Some delivery methods may not include full tracking. If tracking is not available, we will still aim to provide relevant dispatch information where possible.

9. Incorrect or incomplete address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Judic Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@judic.ie. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed or dispatched.

10. Missed deliveries and returned parcels

If a delivery attempt is missed, the delivery provider may leave a notice, provide collection instructions or attempt delivery again, depending on their own delivery process.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, the address was incorrect, or delivery could not be completed, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery where the issue was caused by incorrect address details, missed collection or failed delivery outside our control.

11. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@judic.ie with your order number.

We may need to check the delivery status with the postal or courier provider before confirming whether a parcel is delayed or lost.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

12. Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@judic.ie.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. This helps us review the issue and, where necessary, raise a claim with the delivery provider.

13. Collection or local delivery

Where available, local collection or local delivery options may be offered separately and only by prior arrangement.

If collection or local delivery is available for your order, we will provide the relevant instructions directly.

14. Split shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately. This may happen if products have different preparation times, sizes, availability or packaging requirements.

If your order is split into more than one shipment, we will provide dispatch information where available.

15. Delivery restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery to addresses where delivery is not available, not practical, or where the delivery details appear incomplete, invalid or suspicious.

If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss possible options.
